Teachers must truly believe in thought and action that all students can learn if given the appropriate tools and motivation to do so. To give an analogy, I see young scholars as seeds that need essential elements not only to survive, but also to flourish. Seeds need water, sun, and patience, and
I believe parents, schools, teachers, and administrators should be these essential ingredients for scholars. Educators are positioned to affect so much change in scholars but they cannot if their mindset concerning the children is not truly rooted in love.
